Help Me Decide Which Dress to Wear to the XBiz Awards?
I am agonizing over a decision I have to make, and soon! The XBIZ awards are coming up, and it is going to take a lot for me to top last year’s beautiful dress! (I rly wish I could just wear that dress again, but I better not hehe! Even though I only got 4 bad quality pics of me in it before I ended up dropping the camera in the toilet! Hey I was really sick and on a lot of medications, but that is another crazy story for another blog post) So I really want to order a dress really soon so I can plan the rest of my “look” around it (my hair n nails, and of course, shoes!!) and I KNOW that I’m going to have to get whatever dress I decide on altered to fit my super tiny waist and small boobs, so time is ticking away for me!
As always I know I’m going to be one of the most dressed up people there, and as always I don’t give a fuck! In LA some people are waaaay too cool to look like they put any effort or thought into their outfits, and sometimes I tend to stand our like a sore thumb..but who cares!! I love dressing up and feeling a princess, even if it’s for a small porn awards ceremony that I have very little chances of taking home an award and the only people who will really appreciate my outfit is my www.AaliyahLove.com members and fans!:)
But I really can’t decide which dress I should wear, and I can only afford (if I’m lucky!) to get ONE, so my decision is crucial. I really hope you guys can be brutally honest with me and not just say something like “oh they would all look good on you!” because I need your help, not a sugar coat!!:) So if you have no opinion then don’t give it hehe Yeah I take my dresses that seriously hahaha!:) I need all of my girlies to chime in on this one too! Help!:)
So here are the pics of the dresses.. I’m not going to tell you guys what my 2 favs are until I hear your opinions. All this week I’m webcaming my little butt off so I can hopfuly make my weekly goal and surpass it by at least $200 so I can get me a dress and start hunting for shoes!!:) (I have only made my weekly goal 2 times in the last 12 weeks but hey, I’m gna try my best!!!)

Number 3 is my favorite it has a nice classic look like something you might see in a party scene from Mad Men. It also gives you options if you want to do a theme throw on a pair of black rimmed glasses and pull your hair back for a sexy 50’s look. Number 4 is in the same vane as 3 but it’s to pink for me i like the white top on 3 but For is still very elegant looking. Number 1 is a nice party dress more for a party then awards show but it also has a fun look and feel to it. Plus the upside on Number 1 is reuse it out of all the dresses looks like the one you could wear again and again to a party or even to a club as something funky and different. Now for the dresses I don’t like. Number 2 I hate sorry if it’s one of your favs but to me it looks like the pretend princess dresses you get a little girl not something you would wear to an awards show. Number 5 hurts my eyes to look at not sure if it’s just a bad pic or thats the real color the Top part is nice but the lower half just looks plasticky to me. Hope I was a help but with my luck your two favorites will be #2 & #5:)

First of all, you would be a knockout in any of these dresses :P But to answer your question, I vote for No. 3! I love the textured white top with the bow and the stripes. Very pretty and you would be a stunner wearing it :)

My vote would be for number 1. I think shape of the top would work best with your cleavage. The soft color, which I really like, would look really good on you as well. And then the hearts are just too perfect; they add a bit of sparkle without being over the top. Besides, what says Aaliyah Love more than hearts? ;)
That is my honest opinion. But I highly doubt I’d be disappointed with any of them.

3 and 4 look the best to me. They both look nice but 3 seems a little more eye catching. So i guess i have to say 3 just because it would grab my attention a little more.

I agree with most of the other guys i really like #3, it still has the pink like the others bit its not too flashy or out there. I love the white top on the dress i really think it will look great on you. Number one and two i just dont like, number four was my second choice, number five is just too much pink for me. I just like number three the best because it has the pink but it also has the white which is very nice. Ihope this helps baby :)

wow you guys kinda surprised me! First of all, because so many of you put your 2 cents in..I LOOOVE getting this much action on my blog!!:) Second of all, it seems 3 and 1 get the most votes! If I was rich, I’d buy them all and try them on and pick the absolute best, but I’m not..yet hehe.
So my LEAST fav is #2.. I don’t even know why I put that one up! I really like 3 OR number 4 or 5 (they r basically the same, only one is darker pink than the other..) I just really like pink and sparkly! But #5 worries me because I saw it on a couple of other sites and it looked almost red..which I don’t want! esp since I’ll be shopping for the shoes soon and everything has to be matchy matchy!:)
I also feel like these dresses look really beautiful and elegant in these pics, but they are the kind of dresses that might look that way when I get them, or they might look like cheap children’s dress up clothes.. ya know?
There’s actly a Betsey Johnson store by my place and I’m gna call them to see if they still carry any of these dresses but I rly don’t think they will.. but worth a call!

number 3 might not be the most sparkly however couldnt you make up for that by adding your own sparkly touches? Such as the shoes you would wear or maybe jewelry or the purse you plan on taking with you? i know you love sparkly baby but i just love number 3 and i think it would look amazing on you. In the end though babe you know its all up to you on which one you choose, im sure not matter which one you choose you will look amazing baby :) Although i still think #3 would look the best on you :) just sayin lol

Well maybe you should show some shoe’s that you are looking at so we can get a better idea of what the final outfit may look like. We can also see what will go with each dress and by showing shoes also it might help us narrow down the choice more. also glad to see you didn’t like 2. best of luck

can’t pick out shoes/hair/nails until I get the dress. But I honestly wouldn’t know what shoes to wear w any of these dresses is my problem..one of my problems hehe

I think they would all suit you. But you could pull off any dress you’re that hot. If i were to pick one i would go for #4
