Comic Con 2010 Day 1
OMG Comic Con in San Diego was soo much fun, and I have a lot tell you guys..where should I start?! I think I’m going to have to post several blogs to cover everything, but this will be a good starter hehe..
The first day I went with the “Japanese Schoolgirl” outfit that I have been putting together for awhile. I decided to NOT wearing the ruffly white panties I bought especially for it at the last minute because they just stood out too much, and opted for some white cotton panties instead. Between the super short skirt and the little panties, they did little to cover my ass, but my only worry about that was that I would get in trouble and be asked to change. So I brought a pair of jeans just in case, but nobody seemed to mind. In fact, just the opposite:)
There was so much to see in so little time (especially since my lazy ass didn’t even get out of bed until noon.. it was technically my “day off” so that’s how I roll!) and didn’t even get there until around 3pm..but at the end of the weekend I felt as if I had covered about 90% of the ground and saw everything I wanted to see, and then some!
I admit I’m not so much into comic books, but I was totally geeking out on the video game stuff and Japanese culture stuff, of course! And they had some classics from my childhood, like one booth had a huge collection of “vintage” Rainbow Brite and My Little Pony dolls, it took every ounce of willpower I had to not spend my money and buy them all! (I soooo fn wanted to, but then what would I do with them..play with them? Ok, well, I def would actually.. but a grown woman probably shouldn’t be spending her time brushing and braiding My Little Pony’s plastic maines.. or, atleast admitting it on her porn blog hehe!) The Fraggle Rock booth was prob one of my favs too, I LOVE Fraggle Rock! I wanted to buy a book and get it signed, but never got around to it..
I also ATTEMPTED to go to this True Blood panel, where all of the stars and creators, writers, etc from the show would be there answering questions… They had panels running all day long everyday, but this one was the only one I was really excited about. Until I saw the line that is. The security guard pointed me in the direction of the line of people waiting, and I walked a good 5 minutes along side of it, and the more near the back I got, the more weary, tired and crabby the people looked. When I got to the end people were sitting and/or sleeping and looked as if they had been there for days! Well, waiting in line isn’t my style, and I only had so much time to have as much fun as I could there, so I decided to just watch the show that Sunday and see the stars on my tv screen instead:)
I loved all of the costumes but was too shy to stop people and ask them for a pic, but I snapped what I could! I, on the other hand, got asked a LOT to take pictures. Just about every 3 steps I took someone would ask me, and I’d smile and say “sure!” I was surprised, since I wasn’t a comic book character, but whatevs. I’m still on the hunt for any of the pics people took, a lot of people said “This is going up on my blog!” so if anybody scouts any out, plz send me a link! (or post it here!)
This is a pic that makes me laugh!
I could go on for another 5 pages but I’m going to stop here before this blog gets too long! I have so many pics and stories for you guys, so expect more of these blogs all week long:) I also plan on posting all of my Comic Con pics in a “personal pics” folder in my members section this weekend, so you guys can check out ALL of the juicy crazy pics I took (in full size!) I will let you know when I do!

I’ve got to hand it to you, when you do something, you really go all out on the sexy! When I worked Comic-Con a couple of years ago, I had very little time to check things out between the press interviews, the game demonstrations and the contests we were running. But I have a feeling if you had come walking by, everything would have stopped down so we could check out the most beautiful little cosplay girl EVER go walking by in all her glory.
And yes please, more escalator pics :)

I have seen you in that school girl outfit a few times now and I have to say that I am liking it more everytime I see it. I’m glad to hear you had a great time the weekend, you can tell by the smile on your face how much you’re enjoying yourself.
I have herd about the ques for the pannels, there are people that turn up a few panels before the one they want to see just to get a good seat, which could be all day long.

You do look really good in that schoolgirl outfit, I’m glad it finally came and I think it was worth the wait. Now, if only the green wig would arrive so you could wear your other outfit.
I can’t wait to see all of the pics you took (especially the escalator ones) and read about all you did there the other days.
I’ve been looking for pics of you at ComicCon, but haven’t found any yet. If I do I will send you a link.

I’m glad you had so much fun hon. All I can say is that I wish I could have been there to be one of the folks to ask to take your picture. It’s no surprise you got stopped so often. You are a hot, sexy, cute woman dressed like a cute little school girl in an ultra short skirt. The real surprise is that you got even the three steps in between requests ;).
Good luck on your shoots this week. xo

Yeah. I went to SDCC many years ago. However, SDCC is “Line Con” to me and Its not quite my speed. I like my small intimate conventions where I feel truly connected and part of the culture/fandom around me (I can count at least 3 fan groups I identify with). I even went in costume once and it just overall felt odd. Despite the really cool costumes that you do see, its the minority and alot of the costumers are unapproachable or are working the booth babe angle. This isnt to say I have a problem with vendors getting cute girls to bring in the $ but it does not make for a social convention, which are the kind of conventions I like. Comic Con is about sifting through people, waiting in line, buying lots of stuff, waiting in line again….
I probably am a bit more connected/devoted to fandom life than you are (understandably of course since my adult industry life is miniscule compared to the devotion you have to being a good webcam slut. heehhee), but I can only take so much of waiting in line in a sea of people, unconnected to anything but a mere moneybag in the room with all the other money bags. If I was a big spender I might have more fun.

HOLY CRAP!! I knew I recognized you, but of course I couldn’t ask. I walked right past you and thought to myself, “That girl looks a hell of a lot like Aaliyah Love.” Would have been a little awkward to ask “Are you the girl from the internet site I go to?”
The True Blood panel was good, the wait was hell though, I admit.
Glad to see you had a good time, hope to see you there next year.

@BartleyBob you shoulda asked! You didn’t have to say “are you that girl that spreads her pussy on webcam for me?” you coulda just said “are you Aaliyah?” hehe
How long did you wait for True Blood panel?
July 31st, 2010 at 1:56 pm
@VixenBlu I didn’t stand in ANY lines:) Got right in like a VIP. I had someone on the inside saving me a pass:) I also didnt spend any $, but if I had a couple thousand to spend at Anime Expo I def would have!!

Yeah, I think I was more dumbstruck as you walked by, took me a few seconds to realize it was you and by that time you were well past me. There is a lot of shit going on there, I was a little overwhelmed by it all.
As for the wait in line it took about 2 hours for me to get in. It was good, if you want to know most of the cast was there, Eric and Jason didn’t make it but everyone else did. They announced Alcide is now a regular character, so he will be around for a while.
As for the lines, if you have a panel you want to see, it helps to go in groups or have some friends so you can take shifts in line, failing that, bring a DS or a book or some really good company.

Alcide is Tara’s psycho “boyfriend”? Oh boy is he a trainwreck, I love him!:)
